Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrub Technician to join our team at the vascular clinic. The Scrub Technician will play a vital role in assisting the physician and other medical staff during vascularinterventional procedures, ensuring the smooth procedure, and the safety and comfort of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the rooms for vascular procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and readily available.
• Assist the IR physician during procedures by passing instruments and supplies, anticipating their needs, and maintaining a sterile field.
• Handle and care for sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical procedures, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
• Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping as needed.
• Perform post-procedure cleanup and sterilization of equipment and instruments.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program preferred.
• Previous experience as a Scrub Technician in a vascular or surgical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
• Willingness to adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
